New Installation Sealing

We seal natural stone and tile and grout surfaces to protect the natural beauty of the surface.  Most installation companies do not seal unless they are asked to do so.  When properly applied and maintained, it will protect against oil and water based stains.  One of the common misconceptions that many sealant companies will lead people to believe is that once a surface is sealed it will not become soiled again.  This is simply not true.  Sealing the surface protects it from staining.

If you have not invested in a good quality sealer then we urge you to do so.  We’ve come across many floors that cannot be restored to its original beauty because it was either not properly sealed or a quality product was not used to begin with.  We can seal the surface and provide you with proper daily cleaning procedures.   The sealers we use are designed to be used on grout, natural stone, granite, marble, concrete, masonry, etc.
