We vacuum, with our vacuum cleaner or yours if you prefer, all visible debris. Next we pre-treat the surface of the carpet. We let it set for approximately 10 minutes, then start the steam extraction. We pass over the sections repeatedly with the extraction and also a rinse cycle of extraction.

For hard to remove protein stains or pet stains, we offer a treatment for those situations by applying non chemical live enzyme cultures that dissolve the stain and odor. This service is an additional charge, as it is an additional cleaning solution that is applied and is done after the regular or initial cleaning procedure.

For a finishing touch, depending on the pile or loop of your carpet, rake the carpet to revitalize it, and to create a quicker dry time.
We also offer a non-toxic protector finish coat, at an additional charge. This is free of any harmful ingredients to you and the fibers of your carpet and is readily biodegradable.
